KVH has produced a new video that explains monthly online billing for its mini-VSAT Broadband services, including airtime, IP-MobileCast, KVH OneCare, and VoIP calls. The walkthrough of the e-Bill service, which runs under two minutes, is meant to help individual and corporate customers manage their airtime invoices, payments, and usage. It shows where to find current and past charges, broken down according to service type, along with statement, payment, and adjustment history. Corporate maritime customers can also view bills for individual ships in their fleet.
“KVH e-Bill is the single online source for current and past invoices,” says Jill Demetri, Director of Airtime Services. “It’s also a great resource for reviewing and downloading current and historic mini-VSAT Broadband data and VoIP usage for monitoring and trend analysis.”
